We are an Indonesian Catholic couple, and through VediTrip we met our guide, Mr. Youngsol Kim, who took us on a day trip from Rome to the Padre Pio Church in Southern Italy.

From the very beginning, he was polite, well-dressed, and provided a clean and comfortable vehicle. Although his English was basic, communication was never a problem—he was always respectful, attentive, and tried his best to make us feel comfortable.

The trip itself was long (around 7 hours round trip), but thanks to his smooth driving, pleasant conversation, and soft background music, the journey felt enjoyable rather than tiring. What impressed us most was his kindness: when we returned to Rome, he helped us with grocery shopping at a supermarket, and even when we accidentally spilled a drink in his car, he calmly reassured us not to worry.

This personal care and thoughtfulness made our pilgrimage very special. We are grateful to VediTrip for introducing such a guide, and when we return to Italy with our family, we would love to request Mr. Kim again to plan and guide our trip.
